ANSWERS:
1) TOGETHER - If I ask for a couple´s or group´s caricature, do they all have to be in the same photo?
No. You can send separated photos from each person. In fact, it is better to send each person in his/her own photos. That way you can make sure you send the best photos from each person. Remember: the more photos you send, the better idea I get about how the persons are.
2) PHOTOS - How are the photos that I send supposed to be like?
I need high resolution ones (so I can see the eyes details), photos to be taken from normal angles (front, 3/4 or profile), specially 3/4 because in that angle I can get the forms of the nose and face and still get to see the eyes´ expression. IMPORTANT: Do not send me photos in which the person is making funny, unusual faces, and please do not send phots taken from above or below the person´s face, because it changes the proportions completely. Remember that I do not know the person, so I have to draw just what I see. Please send the photos in which the person looks more like him or herself.
3) HOW MANY photos do I need to send?
The more photos you send, the better. Remember I do not know the person, so I only have the photos you send to get the idea of how he/she is.
4) HOW LONG does it take to receive my caricatures after placing the order?
It usually takes up to 10 days. If you need it sooner just let me know and I can rearange my schedule for you.
If you order caricatures of a big group, it might take longer. In that case, we will give you the estimated receiving date by e-mail.
5) SECURITY - Can I trust the security of the purchase process with 2Checkout.com (2CO)?

6) PRINT - Can I print the caricatures?
Yes. The Digital Caricatures you receive in your e-mail are high resolution, so you can print them, frame them, and they will look great. The personal caricatures are meant to be nicelly printed in an 11x14 or 8x10 inches size. Remember to print them as photos, with a photo quality printer.
7) REFUND - If I don´t like the caricatures, can you repeat them or refund my money?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your caricatures, they can be repeated or you can have a refund. It is always your choice. Just please remember that the artist is trying hard to satisfy different people with different expectations, and he is limited by the quality of the photos provided. The caricature you receive is not necessarily final, so If you want any adjustment or change, it can be done at no extra cost.
8) LIVE EVENTS - Do you cover live events like parties, meetings, birthdays, conventions, etc.?
No. Since I am living in Central America right now, I do not cover live events. Although, you can take photos of the people at the event and send them over to me. I will have the caricatures made for you better than if they were drawn during the event.
9) CELEBRITIES - Can I buy the caricature of a famous celebrity?
Yes. You can buy the caricature of any celebrity you want. It does not matter If I already have it or if I have to draw it specially to satisfy your request. You just need to ask for it! The price would be the same as any personal caricature.
You can also ask for a caricature of You and your favorite celebrity! (It will cost the same as a 2 persons or couple´s caricature). It is a great idea if you are a big fan of him / her!
10) BIG GROUPS - Do I get a special price for a big group?

11) PHYSICAL DRAWING - Can you send me the actual drawing?, the original, physical paper with the caricature drawing?
There is not an original one, because I draw the caricatures directly on the computer, in Photoshop. So they are born digital.
I can send you a print, but the cost could be a little high, considering that I would be sending them from Central America. You can also print your own copies in your City and it would be a lot cheaper. Please see an example of how it will look after you print it here.
12) PRINTED - How will my caricature look like when I print it?
It will look great! The caricature you will receive in your e-mail is in .jpg format with high resolution. It can be printed in 11"x14", 8"x10" or even bigger if you want to. You can see an example of a printed caricature here.
13) ADJUSTMENTS - Once I receive the caricature in my e-mail, can I ask for any adjustments or changes on it?
Yes. The caricature you receive is not necessarily final. If you want any adjustment or change, it can be done for you at no extra cost. Just ask for it and it will be done.

15) RESEMBLANCE - Is the caricature going to look like the person in the photos?
Yes. You get a 100% Great Resemblance Warranty that the caricature will have a very, very high resemblance and likeness to the photos you privide.
16) SIZE - What size will the caricature be?
It will usually be 11"x14", which can also be printed in 8"x10". If you want to have it done in a specific size, please just let us know at the moment that you send the photos and the details for the caricature. The cost is always the same.
